Wedding in 5 1/2 Weeks, How Can I Get Rid Of My Acne?

I was taking amoxicillin that was working well before but I guess I started to become immune to it after 6 months so I was given another one doryx by another dermatologist but it has only made things worse for the past 6 weeks. My first derm told me to stop the doryx and to start back on my previous antibiotic. The other derm told me not to stop and that if I did stop and start another antibiotic, I could break out again. Ugh! I have no idea what to do with only 5 1/2 weeks til my wedding.

Acne can be improved in several weeks

However it may require several different treatments such as topical vitamin A gels, cleansers, SilkPeel microdermabrasions, antibiotics, and sometimes cortisone injections. Spironolactone is another medication which works well for adult female acne. Talk with your dermatologist about all these options to find the fastest way to make your skin clear for your wedding day! Best to you.
