You are overweight and should get down to a favorable size before contemplating any surgery. I doubt that an hourglass figure can be achieved at your weight. A picture would be helpful.
Arm lift, tummy tuck and liposuction with Brazilian buttlift may be more than you will want to do at a single operation. However, if you are going to try this combination, find a surgeon that is an expert at all of these and can keep total anesthesia time under 6 hours. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Your BMI is within the recommended range, but unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.I recommend my patients to allow 2-4 weeks for recovery, and to wait at least 7-10 days before going back to work, but each doctor has their own protocol. The average cost varies a lot depending on the clinic, the country, city and the plastic surgeon. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
To achieve an hourglass shape, you need to be at your ideal body weight. Your calculated ideal body weight is somewhere between 115 and 156 lb. Once you reach that weight range then you need to consult a board certified plastic surgeon to see what can be done and is needed to be done to achieve your goals.
Your BMI is HIGH -- first you need to lose weight. If you never had an hourglass figure at your slimmest , you wont get on. You need to see a plastic surgeon who will tell you the truth -- not just what you want to hear. Perhaps your goals are attainable -- but you need to get to work on a diet first. We are surgeons, not magicians.

Yes, you can still have a BBL even if you have had liposuction in the past. In fact, many of my Brazilian Butt Lift patients have had previous liposuction. BUT, it is unlikely that further liposuction on your abdomen will smooth it out, in fact, it could make the lumpiness more...
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, ...
