Do I need another breast lift, scar revision, or areola reduction? (photo)

Hi I had a breast lift in dec 2020 I have scarring around my nipples post op, this maybe down to healing? can this be corrected via scar revision? I would also like my areola reduced, what would best option another lift or scar revision and areola reduction?
