I had upper and lower eyelid surgery in 1994. Since that time, I've been suffering with severe dry eyes from ectropion. I've had several surgeries to fix this issue by 3 different doctors, but none of the surgeries have been a success. The last surgeon finally suggested I have skin grafts to my lower lids. He was not clear on how these might look after they healed. He would not show me before and after photos of other patients he performed this procedure on.
