Can a vibrating massage device disrupt fat retention following fat transfer?

A considerable amount of healing has occurred and I really don't think the device you're using is causing changes in your breast. You should discuss this with your surgeon. 

Thank you for your question.  Generally the fatty tissue that has not resorbed after the initial phase should act similarly to other fat cells in your body.  In other words, it is unlikely that a massage device can dissolve the fat.   Fat necrosis is rare at 2 months, but possible which you be experiencing.  Also you may have residual swelling which is subsiding.  The best way to determine is visit your surgeon and have him/her assess you.An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon is the best way to assess your needs and provide true medical advice.
