I have 10+ year old silicone gel implants with grade 3 CC so need a capsulectomy and replacement implants. For my first BA I asked the surgeon to correct placement & shape of my nipples so one is no longer higher & smaller than the other. He wouldn't so this as he said the result wouldn't be natural (natural breasts are different). I understand asymmetry is natural but the inch+ difference in height has made me very unhappy. Can it be corrected when I have the replacement implants?
