I have fat graft done 6 months ago. I have notice an uneven soft lump on one side of my face. I have contacted my surgeon and she said it is swelling that has not subside but I don’t think it is so I continue to complain to her about it. She told me if I am not happy she can do lipolysis to help reduce it. I don’t trust her by now and wonder what causes this.
