Please note that these are not the same things.
Deep set eyes reflect a large orbit, the bony confines that contain the eye and the soft tissue that supports the eyes. Treatment to create more effective volume in the orbit are complex and involve significant surgery. Consequently very few people are motivated to have this directly helped with surgery. The dark circle can be filled with hyaluronic acid filler and Restylane has proven to be a good choice for this issue.
