Best Treatment for Deep Chest Wrinkles?

I have deep wrinkles on my chest from sun damage. I saw a dermatologist who recommended BBL, broad-band laser therapy. I had the procedure done and saw absolutely NO improvement in the chest wrinkles.

Treatment for chest wrinkles?

This is a difficult problem because of the weight of the breasts and the movement of the area.  We have found that a combination of an ActiveFx/Deep Fx laser treatment in conjunction with several injections of dilute Sculptra about 2 months apart, give very noticable improvement (50+%).
