How to Treat Minor Vitamin A Toxicity?

I used a cream containing beta-carotene and 2% hydroquinone without knowing for a 2 month - just on my face, twice each day for that 3 month duration; as a reult I now have lighter skin/ yellow. FYI, I am in good health but I did experience a change in my vision. Two years later the patches of skin on my face still appear to be yellow. Is there any thing I can do or use to treat this i.e. avoiding certain foods in my diet. Kind advice would be appreciated. Thanks for your time. Kind Regards Charly
