Which Topical Facial Products For Redness and Sensitive Skin? (photo)

I have sensitive, red facial skin which is often dry. I am out in the weather a lot. I try to use sunscreen, and I'm doing it more now, but I still have problems because of it. I try to use a gentle cleanser like Eucerin or Cetaphil, but I'm wondering what other products I could use. Topical liquid vitamin C? Moisturizer with sunscreen? I don't want to look more red, but I want to hydrate my face and possibly make it look better. I'll try all suggestions if you would please give me some. Thanks.
