I have deep wrinkles above my top lip due to sun and cig smoke damage. Can this be repaired?

Smoothing of Deep "Smoker's Lines" of Upper lip
Upper lip lines can be nicely smooth either with Dermabrasion (using a Dremel like electric powered device) or with a combination of an ablative ProFractional laser such as the Sciton Joule. You may want to look it up on YouTube.
