I had my devaited septum fixed by the surgeon yesterday. I now have those plastic tubes in my nose & 3 dissolvable stitches I picked at them what I thought where large scabs of blood could they have been stitches

What you describe may be a symptom called globus. This is usually caused by larygophayngeal reflux, or LPR. It is very commom. Have you discussed this with your ENT?
Since your surgery was only 2 weeks ago you can expect there to be swelling. This can last for months but most of it should be better in 30 days or so. There is no reason to overthink your nose right now. The sensations you are feeling are normal for this point in healing.
