Does TNS Essential Serum Live Up to Its Promises? Reviews I've Read Have Been Great.

I've been told by a few dermatologists that it is the single best topical product to use. Reviews have been great. Is the science behind this product sound?

TNS Essential Serum has gone through numerous clinical studies to show a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles as well as enhancement of skin tone and texture for complete skin rejuvenation.During those clinical studies the TNS Essential Serum has proven to increase collagen by 37% after 3 months of use and 64% after 6 months of use.The growth factor blend TNS (Tissue Nutrient Solution) accounts for 93.6% of the product making it the highest percentage growth factor product available. For optimal results, it is my suggestion to patients to use the TNS Essential Serum twice daily along with a Retinol, a lightening agent and a sunscreen for a complete skin care regimen.
