Thigh lift? BBL? What can I do to get a lifted and more round shaped bottom? (photos)

Thanks for posting your photos, it really helps.... In my over the Real Self internet opinion you need 2 separate surgeries. Lipo 360/BBL (fee $7,300 if UltraSound guided injections of fat to buttock, or $6,500 no U,S,). Then full inverted T inner thigh lift (fee $10,000). Best to do virtual consult.

Thank you for your question and photos. From your photos, you are a good candidate for BBL and thigh liposculpting with possible thigh lift. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Fat transfer to your hips & buttocks will accentuate your curves, increase volume in your buttocks and improve shape. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour and take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Also, for the thighs I recommend you the mini thighs lift and thighs liposuction.
