Will the Clarisonic Brush or Differin Gel Cause Broken Capillaries?

I am 21, very fare, sensitive skin, and female. Will the Clarisonic brush or Differin gel (3%) cause increased broken facial capillaries? I've been told to avoid retinol because it could cause broken capillaries. I have them on my cheeks, eyelids, and chin. They are also on my legs. Would daily 10% glycolic acid be a better choice for me? Thank you!

Broken capillaries

People with fair skin tend to have more prominent blood vessels and are more easily irritated. However neither of those products cause them. They can be treated with the pulsed dye laser if they bother you. It is very safe.
