Hello, 45yrs old and wanteed to ask what I could do to gain volume bk in my hips? I gained 20lbs right after my procedure 2yrs ago because my PS said i was losing all fat tranferred. These past mths I lost the 20lbs but lost a lot of my hips. I did consult with my PS but they stated I would need a 2nd round to get hips filled in,which I didnt want. 1st few pictures are right after my BBL and last 2 are me currently. I am starting to look square shaped rather than the curvy which I want back. TIA
