Eight months after facelift, have developed two sagging skin sections under chin/neck either side of center of neck. Surgeon who performed the procedure is suggesting local anesthesia with an incision in the under chin scar to redrape and remove any excess skin and fat and see what’s happening. Based on the pictures, does this seem like a reasonable fix or at least potential improvement? Thank you!
