What Are the Symptoms of Vitiligo?

There is small fraction on the right side of my face where the skin color is off from the rest of my skin color. A small patch is on my right eyebrow, and the hair has turned white on that patch. What do I do? Is it vitiligo?

Probably Vitiligo

It is very difficult to make a diagnosis without seeing you , or having the benefit of a photograph. However, your mentioning that your hair turned white on a patch of the off color does conjure up vitiligo in my mind. Certainly a moderate strength topical steroid, a Vitamin D analgoue such as Vectical, or a cacineurin inhibitor such as Protopic could be tried singly or in combination. I would suggest seeking treatment early before the vitiligo becomes entrenched.
