I went on accutane for 7 months, with a cumulative dose of 115mg/kg. I am now 3 months off accutane and my skin has become extremely oily again with acne and seborrheic dermatitis. What would be a good dosage/treatment plan for a second course? I’d like an opinion so I can discuss with my dermatologist. Thanks!
