Answer: Do I have a deviated septum? A thorough internal examination of the nose is required to make a determination about having an deviated septum. A septoplasty is performed in the back of the nose to improve air flow dynamics when the septum is crooked. From the photographs, you have a crooked nose which is corrected and improved with the rhinoplasty. Both a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty can be performed together under one anesthesia with one recovery period.

Answer: Likely Your nose shows a tilt to one side from the bottom. This is typically the septum that is pulling the nose to one side, so, it is deviated. It may also be blocking the breathing in your nose. This is something we can repair to make the nose straighter and more attractive.
