As im getting older my nose is getting more and more crooked. My left nostril looks a lot larger than my right. Is this a deviated septum?

A septoplasty is performed in the back of the nose to improve air flow dynamics when the septum is crooked. From the photographs, you have a crooked nose which is corrected and improved with the rhinoplasty.
