What's Best to Help Mild Acne Scars, Large Pores, and Melasma?

I've allotted myself $600 to do something to improve my skin. I have mild acne scars, large pores, and melasma. My priority is for the treatment to be as longest-lasting as possible. Would you recommend microdermabrasion, chemical peels, or laser (pearl, fraxel, etc)?
