I Have Very Sensitive Skin That Got Severely Damaged with Pro Active. Cured Me of Acne,but Severely Scarred the Pores

I have very sensitive skin that got severely damaged with Pro Active.Pro Active cured me of Acne,but severely scarred the pores in my nose and cheeks.In my nose alone I must have at least 50 pores that are severely scarred.I am considering having a pore excision on all on them. Is this advisable or is there something better?
