I have lines in my cheeks that separate the cheek bone from soft tissue and hollowing under my cheekbones (my mother has very high cheekbones and hollowing. The jaw area has more fat on one side and looks uneven.

Thank you for your photos. Commonly, I perform fat transfer to the buccal space after buccal lipectomy. It can be performed under local anesthesia and the results are permanent.
No drift with fat grafting. It is permanent movement of fat cells, so if you gain or lose weight in the future the area will get bigger or smaller. I do not like fat graft to calves, implants are a more reliable and powerful solution.
