I had a chalazion surgical removed from my upper right eyelid 6 weeks ago. I now have something that sticks out from under the eyelid when eye is open. When I lift the eyelid it looks like a piece of skin hanging down. It sometimes "sticks" to the eye itself and feels like its dragging up over it when I blink causes a blur/mist over the eye for a few seconds till I blink a couple of times to clear it. Is this normal? What is it? Should it go away or should I go back and get it looked at again?

It appears you have chronic chemosis after blepharopalsty, but best to see an ophthalmologist or oculoplastic specialist for evaluation. Treatment is definitely possible. See link provided on my website.
Soft dermal fillers such as Belotero ( Esthelis) is a good option for tear troughs. You need to see a Plastic Surgeon who can discuss the various optionsAll the best
There are few to no consequences of trying it for a while and seeing what you think. It certainly may be an answer for you at this point in your life. But know that there is a more permanent, surgical option out there if you choose to proceed. Good luck!
