Hi, I had a second facial fat transfer three years ago but it's left me with permanent marks under my eyes. I saw an aesthetician who said the muscle looks bruised and suggested laser treatment, but I'm concerned I might make it worse. (I have very delicate skin and tissues due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.) I'm a fan of nanofat grating around the eyes. It is more for skin rejuvenation than volume, and so a small amount of fat grafting to the tear troughs can be done. It is best to do a little bit and then add to it if needed.
