I had anti wrinkle botox injections 18 months ago. A couple of months after the injections lumps developed in the injected area. The photos show the lumps 18 months later (now). What are they and why has this happened?? The injector said it was my brow ridge and a normal part of my anatomy, but I disagree as they weren’t there before. Is there anything that can be done about them? A week before the Botox, I had a deep micro needling procedure which caused my skin to burn painfully and gave me an allergic reaction (see photos). Could this have caused fat loss, causing the forehead muscles to protrude?

It sounds like you might be referring to asymmetry or wrinkles in the forehead area. If Botox and laser treatments haven't provided the results you're looking for, there are a few other options you might consider:
1. Dermal Fillers: These are injectable substances used to plump up skin, fill in...
I can see that one side of your mouth is a drop lower than the other. In my opinion, fillers or Botox are not applicable for correcting this slight asymmetry. The slight asymmetry is barely noticeable and should probably be left alone. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I highly recommend Dysport for Botox and Juvederm for fillers. They are great for the long term results. I do not recommend clinics that use nurses for Botox or filler injections at all . These type of clinical treatments must be performed by qualified doctors.
