I had my third open rhinoplasty in July 2021 after waiting 3.5 years since my second (also open). Basically it's still big. The tip has gotten longer/ drooped down again and my tip is wide - is there any hope? Have you seen a drastic reduction in swelling after 6 months? Seems I have a lot of scar tissue, is this fixable without surgery? Context: I have thick skin.
