I scratch and peel my wounds. It's a bad habit, and I now have scars everywhere like dark spots on arms and legs. What would be the best cream to remove those scars as fast as possible?

Dark Scars
Pigment comes from melanocytes. Hydroquinone is gold standard....4% has been the traditional dose. Some custom pharmacies will concentrate to 8%. Does not work over night and may take months.
Broad band/Intense pulse light treatments are also efficacious in less dark skin types. Consult with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for best option.
