I had a septorhinoplasty and I’m unhappy with the cosmetic portion of my procedure. I had a dorsal hump that I wanted very slightly reduced. I wanted a very subtle change but feel that too much cartilage was removed. I don’t like the scooped bridge and pointy nasal tip. From the front view there is too much nostril show and the nasal tip is too high. I also don’t like that my columella was refined and tucked in. Can my natural nose be restored with revision rhinoplasty?
