I had a lower bleph in Oct 2021 and I was convinced to do the fat transfer to the mid-face even though I didn't want it. I'm generally happy with the bleph, but the fat transfer looks terrible on one side of the face. The only time I don't notice it is in extremely bright light. I'm not sure what type of doctor can help correct this or if there are any in my area. The surgeon I went to originally is in LA, which is an exhausting drive from my location.
