Hello, I’m 45 years old and 1 year post Vaser 360 lipo with bbl and breast lift with implant exchange. My pre sx weight was 127 and current weight is 143. I know my back and arms were lipo’d but I’m not sure about the arm pit fat area. I want to maintain my current weight and just want the fat gone and arm pit area tightened without having to lose weight. I also prefer not having a huge scar on my arm if possible.
Answer: Lipo with BodytiteRF and Morpheus tightens up the arm pits nicely. Liposuction under local with the addition of bodytite/morpheus does well for armpits and is easy to undergo. I don't think you would be a candidate for arm tucks.

Answer: Necessary Recommendations Hello; your skin quality seems sufficient; for collagen stimulation. You are definitely; not an arm lift patient. In order to reduce fat; Vaserlipo implementation and in the same session; for skin tightening; I recommend for applying Renuvion J Plasma. By this way, you can get rid of from excess fat; you can also eliminate the problem of loose skin. Making from the armpit; after healing, under favour of the 3-4 mm incision, not even a scar is visible; you can get rid of from the relevant scar; that you will carry on your arm for whole life.

Answer: Lipo or Lipo, with plasma for armpit and arm Based on your nicely posted photos and your previous history of liposuction, I would recommend the combination of superficial lip sculpting with small cannulae and J plasma. Fee $6000-$10,000. Best of virtual consult with.

Answer: Upper extremity liposuction It’s hard for me to see any clear indication for having Liposuction on any of the areas you’ve included on your pictures. My first experience with Renuvion, a.k.a. J plasma was that the treatment more or less failed to deliver any noticeable skin tightening in any of the patients I treated. None of my patients I treated could tell a difference, and I could not recommend the treatment because it did create increased pain during and after the procedure. I regret having purchased the device and have since sold it. I’m not sure exactly what you’re hoping to achieve but there’s going to be skin redundancy in any joint that has range of motion. Considering that the shoulder has a great range of motion on any joint in the body. There will be skin redundancy when you put your arm down. Some women have some extra redundancy in front of the armpit. Sometimes this represents axillary breast tissue and if there is excess subcutaneous tissue, the Liposuction in the front bra roll can be helpful. Sometimes it represents skin redundancy and sometimes it’s both. Sometimes exercising a small bit of skin through the armpit Can help with that skin redundancy. I don’t see a lot of skin laxity on your arm and I don’t see a lot of subcutaneous fat on your arm. Upper extremity Liposuction is technically challenging, and unless the provider has sufficient skill and experience, this procedure can leave patience with contour irregularities. I’m a huge fan of arm Liposuction. Some would say it is my signature procedure. You can see some of my before and after pictures under my profile on this website. In order for me to be excited about doing arm liposuction my patient needs to have some fat to remove in the first place. Secondary Liposuction is technically much more difficult than primary procedures. Anytime somebody has had previous Liposuction in the same area. I generally am cautious about scheduling that patient for more liposuction. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
