I already submitted a question about this but I looked at picture of D/DD size breasts and mine don't look like that. Retelling: I (THINK) I'm a 28 D/DD and want a reduction to A/B The size I want is the before on these before/after picture https://www.realself.com/breas... https://www.realself.com/breas... Would that be possible, or is it still too flat for me to go down to?
Answer: Custom design by The Bellesoma Method I would not recommend reducing your breasts to an A or B cup because it would be disproportionately small for your body. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. This is a custom design technique and the women can choose breast volume, position and areola size.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: What are your motivations to have a reduction? For most, its obvious that they have chronic neck issues and rashes as well as back pains. I'm sorry but your D/DD do not appear to be that in your photos. In fact, I think you have very nice breasts. Can they be smaller? Certainly if you wish to undergo a procedure with risks and guaranteed scarring, not to mention the costs. An exam would certainly help one better understand your motivations and anatomy but in general, its very hard to create an aesthetic outcome with a B cup the goal... most reductions end up with C or even D cups. Consult with a local plastic surgeon and see what you are told.

Answer: 28D/DD reduction to 28A/28B? Although it is possible to reduce a breast to almost any size, going beyond a certain point will compromise the final breast shape, and further, could compromise the blood supply to the nipple. The only way to definitively determine how much of a breast reduction would be possible would require a physical exam. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive breast reduction experience. Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
