I recommend that you avoid working out or performing vigorous physical activity for the rest of the day of your injection, but the next day or 48 hours later you should be fine.
There is no problem with exertion or if you sweat the day after botox, so for you, two days later, there should be no concern.
Hi Ella. We recommend refraining from heavy exercise for 4 hours after Botox treatments. This is a somewhat arbitrary (the amount of time) precaution, and will differ depending on the injector, but is taken to minimize the effect of Botox migrating to an area that was not injected. Increased circulatory activity (like that seen in heavy exercise like running) may have this potential. 48 hours is way more time than necessary to make sure that the injected Botox is bound to the injection area. Hope this helps.

You can run and get back to your regular exercise habits 24 hours after receiving Botox with no problems.
Yes, it is fine to go running 48 hours after Botox. It would even be ok to go running 24 hours after treatment.
Thank you for the question. It should be no problem for you to go running after the Botox treatment. Best wishes.

However the forehead muscles are the only ones that raise the eyebrows, so if you feel they are too flat, your doctor should avoid treating all of your forehead, and perhaps try a very small dose that will still allow some movement. Best to you
Usually any untoward effects of Botox ( i.e. eyelid ptosis) usually occurs within 7-10 days of injection.
Eyelid droop may be corrected with a prescription eye drop (Iopidine 0.5%) that you can get from a physician. This can help alleviate the droop within a few weeks to a month. However, before obtaining your prescription, have your injector examine you to make sure that Iopidine is suitable.
Hi Fawzeia. It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to the Botox. We have seen this twice before in our practice. One patient developed a resistance to Botox and each time we injected, she reacted by developing hives at the injection site. The hives did last more than 24 hour...
Perhaps the BOTOX® relaxed your muscles unequally and/or relaxed non-target muscles. For example, if some of the BOTOX® diffused into the depressor labii [the muscles which pull the lower lip down] then when you smile with your mouth open the lower lip might not come down as much as...
