Had a Right Upper Molar Removed in the Army Years Ago. Have Been Noticing my Face Seems to Be Falling?

I haven't been able to afford implants yet... Plus the dr says there isn't enough bone to just add the implant, therefore adding more to the cost. Even with good dental insurance they've quoted me nearly 5,000. .... And that's not including specialists! But I hate my face! It's so crooked. I haven't really eaten on my right side for years ... Could it be weakening the muscles?
