Over the summer I broke out. Recently, my acne has started to heal, but I have two spots on my cheek where a pimple began to form, but never came to a head after I put pimple cream on them (Walgreen's generic version with benzoyl peroxide). They are a hard little spots, slightly brown, and they don't hurt. They've been on my face over a month. I don't pick or squeeze them. I think my body encapsulated the pus and now I've got these little bumps. What should I do to get rid of them?
