I recently had rhinoplasty and submental liposuction done. I had jowls before but i think this has made me focus on them more. I have been debating doing a chin implant but i am wondering what other procedure may work or if its best to do a few different procedures. I did not have lipo done along my jaw line so i am wondering if that would also help.

If your bite is fine and you can eat anything that you want then you don't need jaw surgery. A cosmetic genioplasty to lengthen and move the chin forward would improve your facial balance.
Hello, hope you are well. An implant with 6-mm of projection is considered small by conventional standards. The most straightforward thing to do is to remove the existing implant and replace it with a larger size, providing 1-cm or more in projection. Hope this helps!

While vaping has less impact compared to regular cigarette use, it's still not preferred. Although being young and healthy is a positive factor, it's important for me to have my patients quit smoking and vaping to minimize postoperative complications.
