How Would I Remove or at Least Minimize White Small and Isolated White Spot Scars on my Skin? (photo)

I am now 23 years old. I had these scars since my elementary grade,I suffered alot of emotional depression and have my inferiority complex because of these. I really need help how can i remove it? I just feel so tired of these,hiding something everytime that i go outside the house...I am really very hurt when people tells me,im a dalmatian because it looks like a polka dot on my legs..
