How to fix uneven eyebrows after Botox? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and photographs. I am sorry to hear about your eyebrow problems after Botox.  It is possible to obtain a touch up to try and correct the asymmetry.  It may require more units for that left brow than the right.  I would counsel you that sometimes a patient does not respond as well, or at all, to a brow lift as you have on your right side.  Normally to have the upper outer brow elevated, one needs to place the botox out along the outer brow into the muscle that is responsible for closing the eyes, sometimes an injection into the upper crows feet is needed as well.  

Brow position after Botox injection can be tricky.  however it is not up to you to determine where the Botox needs to be injected in order to get the brow position correct.  If you do not feel that your injector is able to figure this out, I would search for another injector.

You can go back again for another touch-up treatment.  You would want to get several units at the tail end of your left eyebrow to raise it, and also have a small drop put above your right eyebrow to lower it a little.  If your left eyebrow doesn't raise enough, one could also place Restylane in that area to raise it some more.
