Hi all, I have a mole on my upper lip which showed up when I was in 4th standard. I am 25 yrs old now. After consultation I was recommended not to remove it as scraping is the only way to remove the move without damage to my lips. However, there is chance that the mole might come back as scraping will not remove all the cells and it digging deep to remove the mole completely will create a hole and damage my lip structure which is not okay. What are the chances for it to comeback? Other options?

Unfortunately there is no injection that will remove a mole. Kanolone is an injectable steroid used to treat a wide variety of inflammatory conditions ranging from acne cysts to psoriaisis to certain types of hair loss. Moles need to be physically removed with shave removal or excision.
