Can't Crinkle Nose Following Rhinoplasty

Persistent, but temporary, swelling may be present 7 months after rhinoplasty. Naturally, swelling will limit skin movement. Hopefully, you will get your "crinkle" back.

Crinkle nose and post rhinoplasty

It is quite common to have residual swelling and sitffness to the nose after rhinoplasty that may last up to a year.  Give it some more time.
