Possible nerve damage from Smart Lipo MPX
I had Liposuction with Laser MPX (Smart Lipo MPX) in my hip area. It has been almost 6 months and I am still in discomfort. I'm experiencing tingling senations, numbness, and pain when the area is touched. I am afraid my doctor hit some nerves. Can this be nerve damage, and if so, will it ever get better?

Usually, the irritation that can occur resolves over 6 months time. However, I have seen it take longer in some individuals. One thing that can be done is to have your doctor inject a little local anesthetic and steroid at the point of tenderness/pain. This can help decrease the swelling and irritation at the nerve and help resolve the problem. Best of luck!
