1st veneer came off whole, 2nd with small break on the back. My dentist has told me this MUST be because of grinding and I'm paying his new full cost for a new veneer, now $2500 instead of $1500. He says the tooth surface was quite clear and the bonding seemed intact to the veneer. The other 11 seem fine. He's so definite this must be grinding even though I am an excellent sleeper, meditator with no muscle/headaches etc. Is this a fair assessment? I've already paid him $18000 for 12 veneers.
