I Have a Ringworm Like Rash (Not Ringworm Though) and Constant Prune in Hands/palms?

hi, For 6 months now I have had a rash in two locations that looks like ringworm but has been determined through treatment that it is not. Blood tests determined that my sedimentation rate was off but second bloodwork came back fine except for b12 was low. I've been tested for lyme disease and was negative. Was on predisone but made rash worse. I also have prune fiingers as though I've been in water but it never goes away,.. they've been pruned/wrinkled for 2 months now. please help!
