I have really skinny legs. My calfs are small including my ankles. What can I do to make these look fuller and bigger? (photo)

calf augmentation will help. However be aware that if your ankles are very slim these may not be improved. You need to sit down with your plastic surgeon and have a chat.

Given your very thin body, your only option to add any volume to your legs is to place calf implants. They will not help any area below the calfs so you will have to consider whether calf augmentation would be an improvement or would look disproportionate to the rest of your legs which can't be changed.
