I have low blood pressure. How safe is it for me to have a breast reduction?

In your case, the blood pressure  drop was likely related to the combination of drugs given to you during labor.  Before considering breast reduction, this should be brought to the attention of an internist who will work you up. You would need medical clearance and the incident should be brought to the attention of the plastic surgeon and anesthesiologist.  Breast reduction is performed under general anesthesia and will not involve the same medications. I would not at all be surprised if your hypotension during delivery was related to the combination of factors you mentioned, including the presence of the epidural.
