I am getting a mole on my face removed next week. However I’ve heard that the injection for numbing is usually lidocaine and epinephrine but when I go to the dentist I can’t get epinephrine. Can I still get the injection for my mole if I can’t have epinephrine at the dentist?!

From your picture and what you described, it does look like the area could be infected. The spreading of any redness,a malodorous discharge, and increasing pain are warning signs not to be ignored. Please speak to your doctor right away and have the area examined.
