Can Latisse STOP working after 6 months of everyday use? My lashes are no longer long and they are falling out here and there.

Latisse should continue to work as long as you use it regularly. It sounds as if some of your lashes have gotten on the same growth cycle. Perhaps, discontinue use and see if the lashes return. Then, try latisse again. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Latisse extends the growth cycle of the lashes, which is why they are able to grow longer. Some people find that because of this longer cycle, more of their lashes end up on the same growth cycle, which would make sense with what you are talking about. It doesn't stop working at any point in time though. And lashes will always continue to fall out and regrow, just like they do without Latisse.
