I have vitiligo on my face. Can I still get microdermabrasion?

It is unlikely that the microdermabrasion will stimulate reactivation of your vitiligo - especially if it has stayed the same for many years. Also the microdermabrasion is a fairly gentle procedure - even more deeply invasive fractional lasers have been used to actually treat vitiligo.

If you want to improve the quality of your skin, I would tell you to get some good skin care routine recommended by a skin expert, your dermatologist. Microdermabrasion really isn't going to do that for you. Hope this helps!
