I got my PRK in April 2018 for both eyes, and followed the treatment regime for one month only and then I stopped the steroids while I was supposed to keep using them for another month. I am regretting that now because my vision does not feel like 20/20. I cannot consult my doctor because I had my PRK done in another country. My question is whether to start the steroids drops again now (it is has been 4 months since the PRK and 3 months since I stopped the steroids drops) or is it too late?

If you have dry eyes, there are other options to try. Punctal plugs can be inserted right in the doctor's office. There are also prescription eye drops for dry eyes. Good luck
Small fluctations in the vision are normal with PRK for the first few months. It's way to early now to judge. One nice feature of PRK is the ability of the doctor to modify the final prescription based on the drops used after surgery.Good luck to you.
I think it's way too early to be worried.I don't trust auto-refractors much after refractive surgery particularly this soon. If you trouble persists see the surgeon.
